Stitch Fix Review: December 2014- my first fix!

This post is a bit different from what I usually use the blog for - it's the review for my first stitch fix.

For those that don't know, stitch fix is a personal styling service that sends you 5 pieces of clothing as often as you specify. There is an extensive style profile that you complete and you can also share a Pinterest board with them to give the stylist ideas of what you like. You can also request types of clothes in a note. For my first fix, I noted that I would be returning to work soon.

The styling fee is $20 but that goes towards what you choose to buy assuming you keep at least one thing.

Now onto my first fix:

I received three tops, one pair of pants, and one necklace.

1. Necklace- I returned this. It's plain gold and too long. I like jewelry to add a pop of color and this didn't.

2. Polka dot cropped pants- top left of my style card- returned. They fit perfectly but I couldn't find the right outfit for them and they seemed to casual for work.

3. Cardigan wrap - top right of my style card- returned.  This was a bit too big and the pattern was off. I like the idea of this one but not the actual one sent.

4. Blue cardigan - bottom left of style page - kept!!! I love it - super soft, great color, perfect fit.

5. Blouse- bottom right of my style page - kept!!! I love this one too - great for Fridays at work or weekend fun.

I really enjoyed this and will get another box in February.

Let me know what you think of my choices!!

And if you're interested in trying it out, please use my referral code. I'll get $25 credit when your first fix ships!
