Christmas fun in Louisville

We spent one evening in Louisville for a fun Christmassy break. There's a historic hotel in downtown louisville ( Galt House) that had a nice Christmas indoor lights display and other activities so we decided to go for a night.

The drive was easy and so was check in. Our suite was huge. S loved looking around at the room.

We spent the afternoon at the Christmas stuff at the hotel. There was an indoor light display that followed A Christmas Carol story, a village, a snow fairy, gingerbread houses, and a train ride. S especially loved the village and train.

The hotel had a nice conservatory where we had a snack and watched the birds.

We found a nice local restaurant for dinner just around the corner and then relaxed at the hotel.

The next morning we ate at the hotel and headed to the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. We all enjoyed the tour and museum area before driving home.
