S turns 3!

Our beautiful, fun-loving S is 3! To celebrate, we invited her four closest friends and their siblings/parents over for a princess party.

The morning of the party S was so excited! She knew exactly what she wanted to wear (her Minnie dress and ball shoes), she was thrilled to choose the coloring pages for the art activity, and couldn't wait for her friends to arrive.

Before we knew it, S's friends started to arrive and the apartment was filled with giggles and running. In total, there were 9 kids. We let the kids play and color for the first hour - S was thrilled to have her friends over all at the same time.

We played 'Pass the Parcel', a game I didn't know before we moved here but will definitely be bringing back to the US.

The kids quieted down quite a bit for snack time and cake time - we had lots of different fruits, some chips, and S's favorite drink (apple juice) followed by S's birthday cake and some other desserts.







We went back to play time after cake time and then the kids asked if S could open her presents so we did that. S received many wonderful presents. Before we knew it, it was time for the party to end and for her friends to leave.

It was a wonderful celebration that we all enjoyed - we are so grateful to have such good friends in Geneva to make S's birthday truly special.
