Disney Fantasy 2018: Castaway Cay Day

And now to our final day of the cruise - our visit to Castaway Cay, Disney's private island in the Bahamas.

J started the day with the 5K on the island - he had to leave to meet in the theater at 8am with all others doing the 5K and then planned to meet up with us on the island - he ran a great time and was 2nd overall.



The girls and I enjoyed a nice breakfast at Royal Court before heading off the ship to Castaway Cay - we caught some characters before heading to the beach to secure our spot for the day.

 J found us easily (he knows me well) and we had a ton of fun playing on the beach and at the splash areas in the morning. The girls made some friends through the day and had sand from head to toe by the end of the day.


We enjoyed the barbecue lunch and a quick dance with Mickey before spending a few more hours on the beach.

We decided to head back to ship mid afternoon before the rush of the rest of the guests and were able to get our newest version of the family photo, play some mini golf, and enjoy the character dance party.

My new favorite treat was the warm cookies from room service so we had those as a treat before dinner. We then enjoyed our final dinner and the Believe show before our final night on the ship.
