We had perfect park weather Saturday morning, so S and I went to the park and played quite a bit- she rode her scooter around, played in the trees, and went on many of the slides.
Saturday afternoon was a birthday party for one of S's friends and it just under a mile away so S and I took her scooter there too. She did great - not one complaint at all! The party was fun too - they had two clowns for music and balloons and then plenty of room for the kids to run around.
Sunday started with family time at the Natural History Museum, which is free and really quite nice. S goes quite often with her nanny A so she was excited to show us around (I have been before, J hadn't) and then we went down to town and the lake for lunch, ice cream, and enjoying the views.
We have a ton to look forward to in the next 6 weeks until our flight back to the US on June 28th, including S's birthday party, actual birthday, and Disneyland Extravaganza.
