We are all starting to prepare for our move in different ways- this is the first time that any of us will live outside of the state of Ohio, so it will definitely be a big change!
J & M have both started French lessons via Skype. We are both having fun with the lessons and starting to pick up necessary sentence structure and vocabulary. We will have to start practicing more soon! M has also started planning vacations for once we are based in Europe - firm plans include Italy with friends in August, vacation to Portugal in September, and Paris with M's parents in October. M also gets to go to the Olympics for work, so a quick trip to London might be in the works for the entire family.
S has started to tell people she is moving to "Switzerland" and is getting more and more excited to see the fountain (Jet D'eau) that we keep telling her about. She has asked a few questions about our move, including 'can Minnie come?', that make us think she understands what is happening.
